President Tinubu’s sons, Seyi and Yinka pay condolence visit to victims of Borno flood

President Tinubu’s sons, Seyi Tinubu and Yinka Tinubu have  paid a condolence visit to those affected by the recent flood in Maiduguri in Borno State.

They were welcomed to Maiduguri by Borno State Government, led by Governor Zulum.

The President’s sond teamed up with the Noella Foundation, and various private sector collaborators to gather substantial humanitarian assistance for the victims.

The donations include: 500 bags of 25kg rice, 1,000 cartons each of spaghetti tomato paste and groundnut oil, 200 bags of maize flour, 10,000 loaves of bread, 200 cartons of Maggi, 1,000 bags of salt, and 100 cartons of sugar.

Other items include: 5,000 mosquito nets to prevent the spread of malaria, 1,000 mattresses for comfort, and 4,000 blankets for warmth. 4,000 wash kits and buckets, sanitary wares, 4,000 kettles for daily use, 4,000 wrappers, and 10,000 mats

The following drugs were also donated: 26,000 packs of antimalarial drugs, 3,500 boxes of analgesics, 3,000 boxes of anti-ulcer medications, 35,000 packs of antihypertensive drugs, and 50 cartons of anti-diabetic medication.

Others include: 110 cartons of antidiarrheal drugs, 9,650 boxes of antibiotics and antifungal treatments, 3,500 cartons of anti-parasitic drugs, 1,500 cartons of medical infusions, and 4,500 boxes of medical consumables.
