APC Governors Affirm President Tinubu’s Commitment to Tackling Hunger and Insecurity
The APC Governors’ Forum recently concluded a two-hour closed-door meeting over the planned national protest.
Governor Hope Uzodimma, the Forum’s chairman, provided an update to the press, urging those organizing protests to opt for roundtable discussions instead.
Governor Uzodimma emphasized that President Bola Tinubu’s administration is resolute in addressing the ongoing economic challenges.
The meeting also focused on enhancing the agricultural sector at the state level as a strategy to ensure food security.
The APC Governors plan to present their briefing to the broader Nigeria Governors’ Forum, after which they will communicate their final decisions to President Bola Tinubu.
