Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, on Monday, paid a courtesy visit to Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency Gboyega Oyetola, in Abuja.
The governor made this known via his official social media (X) handle on Monday.
Aiyedatiwa said, “In a quest to explore, protect and unlock the tremendous potential of our marine heritage and the vast opportunities it presents for economic growth and sustainable development, I met with the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, H.E, @GboyegaOyetola today in his office.”
He said, they had extensive discussions relating to the development of the Sea port in Ondo, and the utilization of the State’s marine resources for the betterment of the citizens of the State.
“We had extensive discussions relating to the development of the Sea Port in Ondo State and the utilization of our State’s marine resources so as to enrich the lives of our citizens while preserving the natural beauty of our coastal ecosystems.” Said, Governor Aiyedatiwa.
