JAMB Uncovers 1,665 Fake A-level Results During 2023 Direct Entry Registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has uncovered 1,665 counterfeit A-level results during the 2023 Direct Entry (DE) registration process.

This discovery was disclosed in the agency’s weekly bulletin released on Tuesday.

According to the bulletin, JAMB Registrar, Ishaq Oloyede, shed light on the concerning figure during a meeting with the leadership of the National Association of Nigeria Colleges of Education Students (NANCES) at his office in Abuja. Concerning the identified fraudulent results, a breakdown reveals that 397 emanated from colleges of education, while 453 originated from university diplomas.
