President Tinubu Reacts to recent abductions In Borno & Kaduna States

President Bola Tinubu has taken to his official X, formerly Twitter, handle, to react to the recent incidents in Borno and Kaduna states.

Mr President said he had received briefings from Security chiefs on the two incidents that happened in Borno and Kaduna states.

“I have received briefings from security chiefs on the two incidents in Borno and Kaduna, and I am confident that the victims will be rescued. Nothing else is acceptable to me and the waiting family members of these abducted citizens. Justice will be decisively administered.” Said, President Tinubu.

President Tinubu added, “To this end, I have directed security and intelligence agencies to immediately rescue the victims and ensure that justice is served against the perpetrators of these abominable acts.”

The President sympathizes with the family of the abducted victims, and assured that they will soon be reunited with them.

“I sympathize with the families of the victims, and assure them that they would soon be reunited with their loved ones.” Said, President Tinubu.

Recall, on Thursday, over 300 people, mostly children and women were reportedly abducted in Borno state, while over 230 pupils and their teachers were kidnapped in Kaduna state.
